BlissBar Company Return & Refund Policy

At BlissBar Company, every product is carefully handmade with intention, love, and high-quality ingredients. Due to the nature of our skincare and body care products, we maintain strict policies to ensure the safety and integrity of every item we create.

No Returns or Exchanges

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any products. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it is considered final.

Damaged Items

We take great care in packaging your order, but if your item arrives damaged during shipping, we’ve got you covered.

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Please include:

Your order number

Clear photos of the damaged product and packaging

Once reviewed, we will gladly send a replacement for the damaged item.

Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that does not match your packing slip:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Provide your order number and a photo of what you received

We will correct the issue by sending the correct item at no additional cost.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued under the following circumstances:

Your product arrived damaged and cannot be replaced

You received the wrong item and it cannot be corrected

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

Additional Notes

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers

We are not responsible for incorrect addresses entered at checkout
